In A MOMENT’S NOTICE, dancers in ghillie camouflage suits, equipped with large portable mirrors, perform a subtle balancing act between presence and disappearance. Their artistic work unfolds in the beautiful surroundings of the Botanical Garden of the University of Graz, exploring the paradox of blending in while remaining fully visible. As plant-like beings, they become non-verbal communicators, reflecting the world around them – its movements, gestures and energies.
The piece subtly questions how we interact with the world around us, how we see ourselves within a larger ecosystem and how our actions affect the spaces we inhabit.
